ZAHRAT (Yaldzdjian Zareh) was born on May 10, 1924 in Constantinople. An Armenian poet. He graduated from high school Mhitaryan of Constantinople, he studied at the Medical Faculty of the University of Vienna. Zahrat was the head of the literature department of the newspaper "Marmara", the editor of the periodical "San". Zagrat depicts the tragedy of the "little man" living in a big city, the variety of themes, originality of means of expression (Collections “Big City", 1960, "The colored borders", 1968, "Good heavens," in 1971, "Green Earth", 1976, " Two springs with one stone ", 1989).
